Anime Screen Captures
These are screen captures from my favorite episodes of the anime series. While watching them sometimes I would pause the scene and look at Oscar to adore her beauty (^^; I know it sounds stupid but what can you do?) So these galleries are like heaven for me XP I add other episodes or make a Misc. section to put the rest of the beautiful pictures of Oscar. You might have the impression that I add EVERY single frame with Oscar in it but no, I don't do that.



EP 20: Fersen, A Farewell Rondeau
I just love sentimental episodes like this one. Also character designs get really awesome after this episode. The swordfight
scene with Fersen is very well done. We see some of the most beautiful images of Oscar in this episode like the one where she's crying after Fersen and the one where she chuckles over André's joke. I really like her smiling. Unfortunately we don't see her very often like that.



EP 25: A Minuet of Unrequited Love
Here's the most shocking episode of RoV! Oscar goes to a ball, disguised as a woman to dance with Fersen and finally give up her love for him. We can't see her magnificent dress in these caps because in the manga, it's much more beautifully drawn.



EP 28: André, a Green Lemon
This episode must be the second saddest RoV episode after ep. 38. I lost count of how many times I've seen it. However, for a long time I was unaware of the last scene because it was censored on TV and thus in my tapes because I was recording all the episodes from TV >.< I was so mad because that's pure disrespect to art and they should have known that RoV is NOT for children!



EP 37: On the Night of Passionate Vows
This is the episode we've all been waiting for. My favorite scene in RoV is definitely the portrait scene. It's just gorgeous! I love the painting, the meaning behind it and the overwhelming emotion. Oh, and the music too! It's Boccerini's Cello Concerto in B Flat Major - Adagio non troppo. Sooooo heart rending *sniff*
